What is ZipSendr?ZipSendr is uber for "stuff". Anything a business, firm, store, or person wants to send or have picked up for same-day local delivery, can be scheduled through ZipSendr. ZipSendr puts senders and receivers together through technology, with a sprinter (driver) who does the running around. We just help make life easier by bringing everyone together on one platform. What items can ZipSendr NOT deliver?ZipSendr can deliver any item that a typical person can carry and put in their car. So usually items up to 30 lbs., no longer than 40 inches and no taller than 24 inches. However, ZipSendr CANNOT deliver: People or animals (we are not Uber or Zoober) Illegal items...obviously! Dangerous items like weapons, explosives, flammables, and anything else that may go "boom", "baam", or "klabooie"! Stolen goods (We can't believe we even have to list this) Any item you don't have permission to send (Oh come on!)

What are the hours of operation?ZipSendr is not an early-early riser but we do get started at 9:00 AM for our first pickups. We accept our final pickups for the day at 6:00 PM so we can ensure the items get delivered before people start going to bed at 9:00 PM. Currently we do not operate on weekends. However, if you really...really want to send something just ask! Maybe we can make an exception.

Is ZipSendr safe?Yes, ZipSendr is safe and dependable, as well as fast and convenient. Everything you expect from a friend and more. Also, each of our carrier partner and their sprinters (drivers) pass rigorous screening and training which include: Nationwide Background Check Motor Vehicle Records Check Driver's License, Insurance, and Registration Check Driving History Check ZipSendr also ensures that all drivers are adequately Insured. Customers can even rate their sprinters which gives a crowd-sourced view of how careful, honest, and polite our Sprinters are.

Do I have to be a business to use ZipSendr?No, anyone can use ZipSendr. Just create an account and get sending.

How does ZipSendr work?After scheduling, orders are beamed to hundreds of sprinters across the city. One of those brave drivers will take on the challenge of picking up the items and safely transporting it to the destination. The sprinter (driver) will even get Proof of Delivery (POD) with a pictures, notes, or even a signature as long as it is COVID safe.

How far does ZipSendr deliver?Our sprinters "drivers", like the neighborhoods they live in and don't like wandering too far. We deliver to over 100 zip codes around metro Atlanta, but the max a driver will travel from your location for on-demand orders. For bulk daily pickup and deliveries we may have exceptions, so let's touch base.

What is the maximum size and weight of a delivery item?Though our sprinters are strong and healthy, we'd like to keep them that way, so please don't send anything more than 30 lbs. Also, our sprinters use cars to make the deliveries. So, whatever you plan on sending, make sure it can fit in a car. If you have a doubt, feel free to reach out to us to ask what we think.

How do I change an order's date, time, or address?"Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the date, time, or street address cannot be changed. The best way to make this happen is the create a NEW order and then contact the ZipSendr Support Team via chat, email, or phone to cancel the original order. email: support@zipsendr.com phone: 1-877-89SENDR or 1-877-897-3637 chat: submit a ticket including the order number *Please note that edits to the order may entail changes to the delivery fee based on date, time, lead-time, and/or distance. Also cancelation of an order within 2 hours of pickup, will be assessed a 15% cancellation charge prior to refund.

How do I cancel an order that has been placed?In order to cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact the ZipSendr Support Team email, phone, or chat. The most effective way to cancel an order is by email so we can have the the request in writing. Please use the below contact info to request a cancelation: email: support@zipsendr.com phone: 1-877-89SENDR or 1-877-897-3637 chat: submit a ticket including the order number *Please note that canceling an order may or may not quailfy for a full or partial refund based on how soon the cancelation is made. How does ZipSendr guarantee safe and reliable delivery?ZipSendr provides real-time tracking so you can see exactly where your sprinter is, once he/she starts his/her route. We can also get autographs from the receiver, as well as, take a selfie with them to show we really did make the delivery. You tell us how we can prove we made the delivery and we will do it. We also ensure that we partner with good people to make the deliveries and offer loss or damage coverage for the items that are being sent.

Does ZipSendr insure items?Unfortunately, ZipSendr does not sell insurance coverage. But, the carriers ZipSendr works with do provide coverage in case of loss or damage of the item while in possession of ZipSendr or a ZipSendr Sprinter (driver). We will reimburse senders up to $500 for an item in case of loss or damage. For additional coverage please contact ZipSendr.

Does ZipSendr deliver alcohol?ZipSendr is a certified third-party delivery provider for alcohol retailers in the state of Georgia. Depending on the local regulations, ZipSendr can deliver to homes within the local alcohol license jurisdictions for the retailer.

What are the order cancelation policies?Depending on when you request cancelation, prior to the order pickup, the order will be elligible for a partial, full, or no refund. Order Cancelation: Within 2 hours of scheduled pickup - no refund 2 hours prior to pickup, but same day - 50% refund 24 hours prior to pickup - full refund After order is picked up - no refund After driver arrives at location - no refund

What are the order edits policies?When making edits to orders please see the to below guidelines regarding delivery fees. How do I setup a daily pickup schedule or delivery route?Daily pickup and route deliveries are customized per business. Can I cancel my account at any time?Yes, you can cancel at any time. We prefer to provide the best service so that businesses don't have to consider leaving ZipSendr.

Do you offer discounts?Discounts are based on volume therefore, the more you ship the more discounts you get. Talk to ZipSendr to consider what your best options are for setting up a volume-based account. Also, our rewards program provides Zipoints (Zip+points) for each order and referal you provide. So stack up on the points and use them to get future discounts as well. Finally, watch out for promotional emails and text messages to give you single use discounts as they become available.
